The booking slots each day is divided into, for example a morning and an afternoon. The label shows in booking details and emails; the short code (like AM) shows on the booking grid. Start and end times are needed so reminders and nudges work.
Who gets an email when a charger at this site is reported faulty or taken offline. Often the site's maintenance engineer. They don't need a BayQ account.
Deleting the site removes all its bays, bookings and members. This can't be undone.
Anyone with an email address at one of these domains can join the company themselves. Add all the domains your staff use.
All sites in your company. Add a new one in seconds, and copy the booking rules from an existing site if you like.
Recipients who get an email when any charger in the company is reported faulty or taken offline, for example a contractor who covers all sites. Each site can add its own local recipients too, in that site's settings.
Everyone in your company. Set company admins (full control) or site admins (one site), or remove someone.
Groups let you restrict certain bays to certain people (e.g. a senior-only charger). Create a group, add people, then set a bay to that group in its site settings.
